Yoga
Yoga is a therapeutic practice that is appropriate for all levels and all ages! The focus for each person is to discover movements that benefit the body while bringing awareness to your mind, breath, and body. As you or your child explore the movement of the muscles in your body, you will begin to experience greater strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility in a non-competitive, fun, relaxing environment. The repeated movements improve circulation into the joints, organs, and tissues of the body—validating why so many yoga flow students report improved digestion.
