Return & Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is Our Business

We offer a 30 day from date of purchase satisfaction guarantee refund period on product sales.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, you have the above stipulated number of days from the date of product purchase to request a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds on a clearance items.  All clearance sale products are a final sale.
  • Refunds are not available on the following product lines once the product has been opened: Systemic Formulas or Biotics Research.

We offer a 7 day from date of purchase satisfaction guarantee refund period on digital products (unless otherwise stated on your original purchase receipt).

  • If your digital product is not delivered properly, there are download problems in receiving the product, or there are major defects in the product, we will offer a full and immediate refund in the form of payment that was received.
  • If you are simply dissatisfied with your digital product you have received from us, please contact us to let us know why you were dissatisfied, and we will begin the return process immediately.  Your satisfaction is very important to us and your feedback can help us to resolve issues for future customers.

The Refund Process

To initiate the process of requesting a refund we have a straightforward procedure for you to follow. You may call or email us directly to begin the refund process.  Please have your original receipt available for proof of purchase.

  1. Call: 1-317-617-3542. Please leave a message, stating that you would like a refund, and we will return your call OR
  2. Email: support@wecreatewellness.com and request a refund.

Just make sure to call within the 30 day period of time, and let us know that you are dissatisfied with your product.  We will then give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

In order to receive the refund, you must then return to us the products in it’s original packaging (even if empty). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.  Write the RMA # that we give you on the outside of the package in which these containers are returned as follows:

Once we receive the products back from you, we will then begin processing your refund, which will be made with the credit card used to purchase the products. It may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (depending on when the product was received back and our accounting cycle) to return the cost of the products to your credit card. Note, that we do not refund shipping costs nor pay for your shipping costs in returning the products to us. If you return product without getting an RMA #, you will not receive a refund.
