Community Yoga Days


Whether you are new to yoga and just want to check it out without any pressure or large investment … or you simply can’t afford the fees for a workshop or class … our Community Yoga class is perfect for those looking to unite their awareness to mindful movement.  Each class will feature a different style of yoga to get you familiar with the different types of yoga so you can find the practice that best meets your needs and desires.

Join one of our OWC instructors for this “by-donation” community yoga class.  We do strongly encourage registration but drop-ins are welcome to see if there is space still available without registration.

If you have a mat, we strongly encourage you bring that and any other yoga gear you have.  Wear comfortable but fairly tight clothing without buttons or snaps and scrub your feet because it is best to practice barefoot!

New students should complete our New Student Yoga Information Pack and bring it with them to class.   Please arrive about 10 minutes before your first class to ensure enough time to get registered, checked-in and for us to help get you acquainted with the space and procedures.
