The Physical Dimension

We have created an exercise program that is customized to your personal level of fitness as determined by your wellness assessment. The program consists of strength building and cardiovascular exercises that can be done with a resist-a-ball and exercise bands that are provided with the system. There are 18 sessions total (9 cardio, 9 strength) available for the physical dimension support.
The daily program can be done in 20 minutes or less a day, and it can be done in the privacy of your own home! For those that utilize a gym membership, your online access will give you tips and video demonstrations on how to exercise, stretch, and lift weights properly to avoid injury. Included in the system is a heavy duty, uniquely designed fitness gym bag or tote for easier fitness travel. We’ve had many comments on how great these bags have been designed … even from perfect strangers!
