Join us for an inspiring and purpose-driven hour of relaxation and re-charging!
Meditation is a heightened sense of awareness or state of mind. This awareness is accomplished by using concentration, inner focus and total mind/body relaxation. The main goal of meditation is to reduce the amount of sensory stimulation that is common in today’s fast-paced society. There are a number of different techniques and ways to practice meditation.
At OWC, we have found that a group meditation brings a higher awareness and greater benefits to participants. Surrounding yourself with like-minded, purpose driven individuals provides the love and support we all need to continue the practice of meditation. Join us for one of our classes and meet others on their spiritual journey and learn new and different ways to relax, unwind, and recharge your body, mind, and soul.

Our meditation guides will not only walk you through a comfortable practice, but will talk you through the basics of a healthy and regular practice, how to practice comfortably, helpful breathing techniques and the important and benefits of a regular meditative practice.
