Sarah is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Health Counselor who is committed to aiding her patients restore their wellness and health through proper nutrition customized for the individual. She believes that whole foods have strong healing powers that can help people cure their own ailments and reach their optimal level of health. She received her Clinical Nutritionist Certificate from the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy and is currently studying at the dynamic Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and will be a Certified Holistic Health Counselor in September of 2010. She also became certified by Alissa Cohen as a Raw Foods Chef and as a Detoxification Specialist by Natalia Rose. Her formal education includes a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ball State University. Her undergraduate training was completed at State University of New York at Buffalo. For the past 15 years, Ms. Stout has worked as in Human Resources Management in a variety of roles including Generalist, Specialist, Human Resources Manager and most recently, Human Resources Consultant and Special Accounts Executive. Through her own health challenges, Ms. Stout took an active role in healing herself through proper nutrition, supplementation and alternative health therapies including chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy and Reiki.
