Tarah Baldwin
Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide
Tarah Baldwin began her practice of yoga in 2007 during an extended trip overseas to relieve stress and find balance. Tarah incorporates a variety of yoga principles into each class and feels blessed to be able to share her passion for yoga with others. When you step onto the mat in one of Tarah’s classes, it is her intention to inspire each student to honor their bodies and to practice without judgment. Opening up and listening to one’s body can be one of the most important lessons a person can take away from a yoga practice. Music from all over the world can be heard throughout the duration of her classes and she is known for her whimsical and inspirational style of instruction. She finds great joy in leading her classes with the intention of bringing the mind, body and spirit into balance. Tarah is inspired by Ashtanga, Iyengar, Viniyoga, and Hatha styles of yoga. Her training is conducted under the leadership of Dona Robinson and Ann Miller of The All People Yoga Studio in the form of a 200 Hour Certification Course.

She also embraces her inner child with imagery and stories, while teaching children’s yoga. She looks forward to advancing her knowledge of yoga with each new student.

Roxy
Roxy is our greeter and office companion! She is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and was born on February 19, 2003. She has a lot of character, is well-mannered, and soft spoken. She loves making people laugh with her wide array of talents, but only eats healthy treats. Her favorite treats are raw veggies, certain fruits, and lots of GREENY BONES (but be careful mentioning this favorite delicatessen as she does become more outspoken and displays her excitement!) Roxy loves kids, especially babies. The days can get long in the office and she really enjoys her sleep, too. Our office staff will let you know the “Rules of Roxy” but we encourage all patients to get their dose of fur therapy while in the office!
